FAQ

Where are DeepSeer based?
DeepSeer are based in the UK.
What is shared with DeepSeer?
No existing survey data is shared with DeepSeer, nor will any data from non-DeepSeer surveys that you take part in after agreeing.

However, DeepSeer will have access to all the survey responses from their surveys. So if you do three different DeepSeer surveys at different times, they will be able to link those responses together and know they came from the same person. This is done using a random alphanumeric identifier. They will hold this information in accordance with their privacy policy and you can withdraw consent at any time.
What is shared with PMP?
PMP will have access to all of your survey responses conducted through DeepSeer surveys, in the same way we already do from other surveys you take part in on the Survey Draw (governed by our existing Privacy Policy). If provided, we will share your social media handles with DeepSeer, but we will not be processing your content from social media.
What information will the surveys ask for?
The survey opportunities you receive will be similar (in length, content and style) to the usual surveys shown on the Survey Draw.

These surveys may contain questions relating to PII (personally identifiable information) such as demographic data about your social media. They may also ask for information that you consider to be sensitive, such as your political views. These survey opportunities are completely optional, so you do not have to share anything that you're not comfortable sharing.
How does DeepSeer use my social media data?
DeepSeer will use your social media handles to review data which has been made public on social media together with your responses to the standard survey.

DeepSeer do not collect or use any protected tweets and everything used is publicly available. All data will be analysed and reported on an aggregated level so no information will be attributed to you, nor will any individual information be published in any format. You will not need to do anything during this period, and you can unsubscribe at any time.
Who controls my data?
DeepSeer and PMP both process the data from these surveys, making DeepSeer and PMP joint data controllers. We will be able to help you with your data rights such as accessing, updating, or deleting your data, or opting out of the DeepSeer panel entirely.

For how to do this, please see our help section or contact us for details.
How will I know if a survey is part of the DeepSeer panel?
The DeepSeer surveys will feature the DeepSeer logo and link to their privacy policy at the beginning of the survey.
